Elevon Tech LLC ("Elevon Tech", "we", "us") operates https://www.elevontech.in. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it and what rights you have over it.
We collect the minimum data required to answer your enquiry and run our business. We do not sell personal data, and we never have.
We collect information in three ways:
Where GDPR applies, we process personal data on one of the following bases: your consent (newsletter subscriptions and optional analytics cookies); performance of a contract (delivering services you have engaged us for); our legitimate interests (responding to business enquiries and securing our systems); and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).
We share data only with processors who help us operate — hosting and infrastructure providers, email delivery services, analytics providers, scheduling tools and payment processors. Each is bound by a data processing agreement and may use your data only on our documented instructions.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We may disclose information where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
Our team and infrastructure are distributed, so your data may be processed outside your country of residence. Where data leaves the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision to ensure equivalent protection.
Enquiry data is retained for 24 months from your last contact with us, unless it becomes part of a client relationship. Client project records are retained for seven years to satisfy contractual and tax obligations. Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe.
We apply encryption in transit, least-privilege access controls, multi-factor authentication on administrative systems and regular dependency scanning. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat security as an ongoing practice rather than a one-off review.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Under CCPA you also have the right to know what we collect and to opt out of any sale of personal data — noting that we do not sell it.

Our services are aimed at businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or the law. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with a revised effective date.
